Scientific attractiveness

Attracting renowned scientists as well as talented young researchers
TULIP’s strategy always has been and always will be based on attracting the highest calibre permanent staff from around the world.

This pulling power, which attracts great researchers who come to work in our facilities on a permanent basis, naturally leads to the recruitment of temporary staff (post-graduate and post-doctoral researchers). Alongside this, TULIP also recruits temporary staff through calls for applications such as “Young scientists for the future” in 2014 and 2016, or through calls for proposals such as “New Frontiers” or “Projets centraux”. Finally, with a view to forging special relationships with researchers and holding seminars for the benefit of the scientific community as a whole, TULIP also invites researchers for periods of between a fortnight and 3 months, as part of the Visiting Scientists program.
